At Buckrate, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and transparent transaction process for meat businesses, while protecting the interests of both farmers and businesses. The following policy outlines the terms for payments, cancellations, subscriptions, and other related charges on our platform.
1. Service Charges
Per-Transaction Charges
- A flat service fee will be charged for sharing farmers availability and location details with business.
- This service charge is non-refundable.
Subscription Plans
- Business can choose from annual subscription plans to enjoy:
- Reduced per-transaction service charges.
- Access to market analytics, mandi rates, and other premium insights.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy
- If either party (farmer or businesses) misuse the platform, a penalty will be imposed, and the account can be deactivated.
- The penalty amount will be shared with the affected party (farmer or businesses) as compensation.
- Cancellation penalties are non-refundable.
3. Delay Charges
- Businesses are required to provide their goods and services within the agreed time frame.
- A delay charge on daily basis will apply for delay in their committed their services.
4. Verified Lead Service
- For Businesses seeking additional assurance, Buckrate offers a verified Lead service.
- A charge will apply for Lead verification conducted by Buckrate’s partners.
- Verified Lead charges are non-refundable.
5. Dispute Resolution
- Buckrate acts solely as a platform to connect farmers and businesses and does not guarantee the quality, quantity, or condition of the goods & services traded.
- In the event of a dispute between farmers and businesses, Buckrate may facilitate communication but does not assume responsibility for resolving disputes.
6. Refund Policy
Service Charges
- Service charges are non-refundable.
Subscription Fees
- Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Penalty Charges
- Penalty charges collected from the cancelling party will be transferred to the affected party as compensation.
7. Payment Confirmation
- Payment receipts and confirmations will be sent via email and/or SMS for all transactions.
