Data Deletion Request

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems, you can submit a deletion request. Please note that this action is irreversible and you will lose access to all your account history, settings, and services.

To request data deletion, you can:

• In-App: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the Buckrate mobile application.
• By Email: Send a request from the email address associated with your account to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Data Export and Access

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you. To access your data or request an export, please contact our support team at the email address provided below.

Managing Communications

You can opt out of receiving promotional emails or push notifications from us by following the instructions in those emails or by adjusting your preferences in the app settings.
